Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team and support hiring efforts across marketing, creative, and technical roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.


This role works closely with the leadership team to align hiring strategies with business goals and company culture. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process—from crafting job postings and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining organized talent pipelines.


Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Post and manage job ads across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr, etc.).
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, online communities, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and evaluate applicant fit for open roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate recruitment records.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by providing a positive candidate experience.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in marketing, digital, or technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate research skills (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
  • Familiarity with the Philippine talent market and job platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles independently.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
