Keterangan

  • Create and post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Actively source candidates through online platforms and professional networks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs 

Persyaratan

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, Facebook, and job boards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
