Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversees and assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.
- Tracks office supply inventory and recommends supply orders.
- Assists suppliers in their billings.
- Sources out and negotiates with suppliers to get good quality and low-cost materials.
- Coordinates closely with requestors and provides timely updates on the status of their requirements.
- Facilitates alignment meetings with requestors, suppliers/service providers, and other related internal sections.
- Maintains close coordination with Finance and Accounting for accuracy of purchased documents, billing, and payments.
- Evaluates supplier performance and assesses quality of services and productivity.
- Sources out possible local and imported suppliers, selects, and negotiates for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, delivery, services, and after-sales support.
- Coordinates with the inventory team regarding delivery schedules and related concerns.
- Monitors and coordinates closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of items and acquired services.
- Monitors and responds to social media inquiries.
