Keterangan
- Oversee daily operations of residential or commercial properties.
- Manage tenant relations and address concerns promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with service providers.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and invoices.
- Market properties and conduct showings to prospective tenants.
Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field. With Engineering License/Civil Engineer is required.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in property management, maintenance, or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may require on-call availability.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solver, and strong organizational abilities.
