1. Responsible for the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of the exchange system in AWS/K8s/Docker environments.

2. Familiar with microservices governance (Spring Cloud Gateway), responsible for service discovery, configuration center, and load balancing.

3. Responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and tuning of middleware such as Redis, MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Nginx.

4. Maintain blockchain nodes (Tron, BTC, DOGE, etc.) to ensure the stability of on-chain deposits and withdrawals.

5. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins + GitLab) to support automated deployment and rollback.

6. Responsible for the log monitoring system (EFK/Prometheus/Grafana) to promptly detect and respond to system anomalies.

7. Define and implement security policies: multi-signature wallet management, API access control, and risk control rule implementation.

8. Develop emergency plans and disaster recovery drills to ensure 24/7 stable operation.

9. Assist R&D in identifying performance bottlenecks and participate in capacity planning and cost optimization.

- Proficient in Linux system operations and maintenance, with capabilities in automation (Shell/Python scripting).

- Familiar with K8s and Docker container operations, with an understanding of microservices architecture.

- Knowledgeable in CI/CD, version control (GitLab), and automated deployment.

- Experienced in database optimization and high availability solutions (master-slave, read-write separation, sharding).

- Familiar with blockchain node setup and maintenance, with experience in exchange operations preferred.

- Experienced in operations and maintenance of large-scale, high-concurrency systems, capable of handling online emergencies.
