We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Amkor Travel and Tours, Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our travel and tour offerings and drive business growth. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our travel packages and services
• Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms to reach and attract potential customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities and support lead generation efforts
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies
• Coordinate with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the travel industry

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure and optimize marketing performance
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
