Keterangan

Responsible for real-time recording of inventory transactions such as transfers, outsourced production, material receiving, reclassification, and conversion of items.
To achieve an accurate real-time inventory balance, ensure that all inventory transactions or stock movements are properly executed in the ERP System in compliance with the established business processes and systems manual.
Accurately record receipts and transfers in SAP ERP, ensuring real-time inventory updates.
Interface with Logistics Specialists for deliveries and other inventory inquiries.
Coordinate with the warehousemen concerning shipments and report over shipped, short shipped and damaged items received to the purchaser.
Ensure proper documentation of all goods that are coming in and out of Guirayan Warehouse, Zaragosa, and BGC Showroom.
Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of demo pool and service units.
Conduct a regular inventory reconciliation to establish an accurate and real-time inventory balance.
Ensure strict adherence to duly established company policies and standard operating procedures.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Persyaratan

Graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Customs Administrations and other related courses.
With good scholastic records, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel or Word), good moral character, and the ability to relate with all levels of people.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
