APW is looking for a Line Cook to join the commissary team of our client to support the preparation of high-quality food products for our community customers. This role will handle cooking, portioning, and preparation of food items while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and company quality standards.
• Set up and organize workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food products.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and timelines.

• College graduate of any Food, Hospitality, or related course, OR
• Vocational graduate in culinary-related courses,
• With at least 6 months experience as a Line Cook or in a food industry/commissary,
• Knowledgeable in food safety and handling,
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Lancaster, General Trias, Cavite.
