Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in leasing or property management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in leasing processes and real estate regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may require flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well in a team.
