Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Ortigas/Makati/Cebu/Davao/Tarlac/Bacolod

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

We’re seeking a confident, well spoken Lead Generation Specialist / Admin Support to connect with prospective Australian clients, qualify opportunities, and help grow our business. 

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, playing a key role in building relationships and driving revenue. Alongside lead generation, you’ll provide targeted administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to secure qualified leads that convert into booked jobs. 
  • Engage confidently and professionally with Australian clients to build trust and long-term relationships. 
  • Research potential clients and maintain accurate CRM records to enable targeted follow-up and reporting. 
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery. 
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, updating reports, and managing correspondence. 
  • Support the sales and management team to maximize client satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

Qualification and requirements:

Nice to have: 

  • Experience working with Australian clients. 
  • Industry background in rope access, painting, strata or property services. 
  • Familiarity with compliance driven service delivery. 

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, tele-sales, or customer outreach. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly manner. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Administration skills including CRM usage, scheduling, and data entry. 
  • Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
