Lead Software Programmer

LaQuest is looking for a Lead Software Programmer to join our growing team! If you're passionate about building scalable systems, leading development projects, and working with both legacy and modern technologies, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy corporate-level systems and applications
• Manage project timelines and software implementation
• Build and maintain desktop (Windows) and cloud-based apps
• Integrate communication protocols (TCP/IP, MSMQ, Web Services, etc.)
• Backend development using Web APIs and databases
• Support installations, configurations, and rollouts

Required Skills:

• VB (VB3–VB6), VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, PHP, JavaScript, HTML
• SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Crystal Reports
• Winsock, TCP/IP, MSMQ, .NET Remoting, ISO8583
• DevExpress, Git/GitHub, SDLC methodologies

Bonus Skills: React, Angular, Flutter, Java, REST APIs, AWS/Google Cloud
