- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Assist in performance management and conflict resolution
Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in HR software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; standard business hours with some flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, proactive, and a team player.
