- Job Title: HR Manager/Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in HR roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Employee Relations, Recruiting, HRIS; excellent communication and people management skills; proficient with computer software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, empathetic, approachable, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.
