The Delivery Helper is responsible for assisting the Delivery Driver in transporting, loading, and unloading goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role ensures that all items are handled with care and delivered in good condition while providing support in maintaining delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles.
• Ensure that items are properly packed, handled, and secured during transport.
• Verify delivery quantities and assist in checking delivery documents.
• Help navigate routes and communicate with customers during deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Provide physical labor and support to the driver during deliveries and pickups.
• Follow all company safety protocols and delivery procedures.
• Assist in returning empty containers, pallets, or returns as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or driver.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and a team player
• Prior experience as a delivery helper is an advantage.
