Persyaratan
- Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, and computer literacy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Check guests in and out, manage reservations, address guest inquiries, and ensure a pleasant stay.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require shift work, including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
