- Oversee daily financial operations and transactions
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Supervise finance team and conduct performance evaluations
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support senior management in strategic financial planning
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant finance experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), financial statement preparation, and proficiency in analytics and reporting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure accuracy in records.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and proactive in problem-solving.
