  • Evaluate and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Investigate claims to determine validity and assess damages.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of claims activities and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in claims or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong consultative sales skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
