As a CAD Operator, you will play a key role in the design and construction process by:

• Preparing and conceptualizing detailed shop drawings based on schematic or rough designs.
• Supporting bidding processes, material and equipment selection, and actual construction work through accurate CAD documentation.
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce high-quality, precise drawings for architectural, mechanical, and structural projects.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and timelines.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Drafting Technology.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Operator or Designer in a construction-related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD applications.
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work overtime, including holidays and weekends when needed.
• Flexibility to be assigned to project sites in Makati and the Calabarzon area.
• Willingness to stay in a staff house during project assignments.
• Availability to start immediately.
