Keterangan

Oversees security operations across multiple client sites within a designated geographic area.
Security staff are effectively managed and deployed.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations across assigned sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations.
Manage security officers and site supervisors.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies; provide detailed reports and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Persyaratan

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor's Degree in B.S Criminology, Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or related fields. (Equivalent experience may substitute)
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in security management or a similar supervisory role.
Valid Security Officer license and driver's license.
Military, law enforcement, or corporate security background.
Certifications in security management.
Knowledge of surveillance systems, access control, and incident management software.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours when required.
