Keterangan

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and trustworthy individual to join our team as an Accounting Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all financial and accounting-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, deadlines, and standards.


· Manage day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and sales reporting.

· Handle all financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Monitor credit lines, collections, and account reconciliations.

· Conduct regular bank errands and liaise with financial institutions.

· Prepare, review, and submit required financial statements and government-mandated reports.

· Organize and maintain financial records, ledgers, and spreadsheets.

· Collaborate with other departments for budgeting, costing, and financial planning.

· Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of all financial records.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement more efficient workflows.

Persyaratan

· Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or any related course.

· Minimum of 3 years solid experience in a related accounting role.

· Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software/CRM systems.

· Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

· Capable of working independently and under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.

· Loyal, honest, and with a high level of integrity.

· Responsible and accountable for financial accuracy.
