- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Budgeting, Billing, Compliance, QuickBooks, and Account Reconciliation.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve some overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
