• Responsible for requirement research, feature design, and product planning of trading products such as perpetual swaps (Perps), defining the product roadmap and continuously optimizing user experience and growth strategies.
• Drive integration of trading products with underlying L1 ecosystems, promoting on-chain deployment and the productization of interaction mechanisms.
• Continuously track developments in mainstream DEX and CeFi products to provide insights and support decision-making for on-chain product innovation.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, and risk management teams to drive long-term product feature iteration and optimization.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in financial or derivatives product roles. Product design experience in on-chain matching exchanges, derivative trading, on-chain options, etc., is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the principles and trading mechanisms of financial derivatives, such as perpetual contracts.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and core on-chain derivatives models (order books, AMM, matching engines, etc.), with a working knowledge of architectures like HyperLiquid, MYX, and dYdX.
