Marketing Associate

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and activities. The Marketing Associate will assist in promoting our brand, managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about marketing, communications, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and traditional).
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support strategy development.
• Create, edit, and manage marketing materials, presentations, and content.
• Manage and update company’s social media accounts and website content.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for marketing activities.
• Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or related role is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
