Responsibilities

1. Supervise the workforce
2. Provide consultations, warning letters (SP), and other related services
3. Coordinate with users, supervisors, and client site HR
4. Manage employee attendance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
5. Handle workplace accidents involving employees

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
2. Associate degree (D3) in any field
3. Ability to effectively manage employment administration processes
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and familiar with relevant systems
5. Knowledge of labor laws
6. Willing to follow a rostered work schedule
7. Preferably based in the Mantewe area
