The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Provides monthly expense schedule to team leaders for their review and monitoring,
• Provides and communicates financial data to department heads as a basis in developing their yearly budget,
• Review department heads’ budget proposal for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies,
• Conducts reconciliation of accounts,
• Record year-end accruals, and
• Recommends action by analyzing and interpreting financial data and making comparative analyses.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA license is an advantage
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
4. Experience in budgeting and financial planning
5. Knowledge of SAP
6. Familiarity with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
