岗位职责:
1.负责对接传统券商渠道、财经KOL、资管机构及高净值客户，开展商务合作与大客户维护，完成开户、入金、资产引入等增长指标。
2.独立商务谈判、方案落地、合作跟进与数据复盘，优化渠道合作模式，提升合作ROI与客户留存。
3.熟悉传统港美股客户资产配置需求，可承接客户Crypto/数字资产多元化配置咨询与转化对接。
4.跟进同业竞品策略，输出差异化运营与拓新方案，助力大中华区业务增长。
任职要求
1.本科及以上，2-5年富途、老虎、华盛、长桥等主流港美股券商BD/渠道合作/机构大客户销售经验。
2.熟悉港美股券商渠道分润、客户运营及高净值用户生态，自带渠道、KOL、高净值客户资源优先。
3.略懂Crypto行业基础，了解数字资产基本业态，能衔接传统金融客户向加密资产、RWA等新业务的迁移需求。
4.商务谈判能力强、结果导向、抗压性高，可独立推进项目落地
