Job Description:

As a Virtual Health Coach, you will guide and support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching, education, and motivation. You will work remotely, providing consultations, tracking progress, and helping clients build sustainable healthy habits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual coaching sessions to clients (via chat, call, or video)
• Develop personalized health and wellness plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Educate clients on nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Motivate and support clients to stay consistent with their goals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Collaborate with the team to improve coaching strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Psychology, Physical Therapy, or any related course (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using online platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Background in healthcare, fitness, or nutrition industry
• Certification in health coaching or related field
