We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant branches in Davao. The ideal candidate will ensure that all stores meet the company’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards, achieve performance targets, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure consistent QSC standards.
• Set and monitor sales, profitability, and performance goals across branches.
• Lead, train, and evaluate store management teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Review financial reports, manage budgets, and control operating costs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for store-level promotions and local initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality, productivity, and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or retail operations management, handling multiple branches or teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and performance evaluation.
• Willing to travel and work closely with various store locations.
