Core Responsibility:

The SMM owns brand presence, engagement, and visibility across social platforms and is responsible for consistent daily output and interaction.

Responsibilities:

Content & Engagement:

• Create and post up to 20 pieces of content per day
• Content may include:
• Comments
• Replies
• Short text posts
• Community engagement
• Light content (not all image-based)
• Manage daily posting and scheduling
• Engage with audiences consistently and professionally

Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Support brand awareness and external traffic
• Monitor engagement, trends, and content performance
• Coordinate with Copywriter for messaging consistency

Cross Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with Copywriter and Designer
• Ensure messaging aligns with campaigns and launches
• Help push visibility of brand content and artifacts
• Make sure people read, engage, and comment on published content

KPI:

• Content consistency & volume
• Engagement metrics (comments, replies, interaction)
• Brand awareness growth
• Execution reliability (daily output)

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong written English
• Highly organized and execution-focused
• Comfortable with high-volume daily content
• Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented
