We're Flex Moving Group, a moving company owning different brands in 6 locations across the US that handles everything from local apartment moves to office relocations to long-distance jobs across the country. We're growing, and we're hiring our next sales rep - someone we'll train from the ground up.

About the role

You'll be the first voice customers hear when they're planning a move. Your job is to understand what they need, walk them through what we offer, and turn inquiries into booked jobs. 

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound leads by phone (mostly), email, and chat
• Ask the right questions to understand each move and recommend the right service
• Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer books
• Keep your pipeline organized in our CRM
• Work closely with the operations team so every booked move runs smoothly

Who we're looking for

• Good level of English with no significant accent is crucial
• Attentive to details. Organized and reliable, even on busy days
• Confident on the phone and quick to build rapport
• A good listener - moving is stressful, and customers want to feel taken care of
• No prior sales experience needed; this is an entry-level role

Schedule

• 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
• One of your working days will fall on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday — we can discuss which works best for you)
• Our business hours run from 6am to 8pm Pacific Time
• We're currently looking to fill a 9am–5pm PST shift, but we're open to shifting your hours within our operating window if you have a preference

What you get

• $1,000 base salary per month. Payouts twice a month.
• Small Bonuses based on performance.
• Real training from people who've done the job. Takes 1-1.5 weeks, paid for based on hourly basis a few days after you finish the training and do the work.
