Job Description
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Arrange displays and properly store merchandise.
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
- Provide excellent sales service through product demos, assessing customer needs by providing assistance and information on product features.
- Inform customers of new deals and promotions.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases and accomplish Sale Report.
- Handle returns and pull-outs by proper documentation of movement and/or transfer of all products/merchandise
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Comply with inventory control procedures. Cooperate and participate in inventory cycle count and reconciliation.
- Ensure all Stock Record Cards are updated for all products received and sold.
- Accomplish Sales Orders for stock replenishment.
- Maintain display area/store clean and presentable.
- Attend Sales Meetings and other required meetings/events.
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
