Healthcare Recruitment Assessor

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in English, Education, Psychology, Nursing, Human Resources, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to build rapport and conduct professional conversations.
• At least two (2) years of experience in interviewing, recruitment, teaching, customer service, or other communication-intensive roles.
• Willing to work on a flexible or broken schedule and capable of managing multiple interview schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and risk assessments with nurses to evaluate clinical competency, experience, and professional background.
• Review and validate nurses’ credentials, certifications, employment history, and clinical experience.
• Identify potential risks related to patient care, compliance, documentation, and healthcare practices.
• Assess adherence to clinical policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Document interview findings, risk indicators, and recommendations for further review.
• Collaborate with recruitment, clinical, and compliance teams to ensure proper evaluation and risk prevention.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve nurse screening and risk management processes.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
