What to Expect

In this position, you will manage a variety of tasks ranging from CE and PO tracking, payment processing, vendor coordination, and KOL contract management. With numerous workflow processes involved, this role requires excellent organization skills and attention to detail. You can expect to collaborate across department and work closely with vendors to ensure everything runs efficiently. It’s a highly detail-oriented position that offers variety and the chance to learn and grow in the PR operations.

 

Job Description

The PR Coordinator will manage key operational tasks related to public relations, vendor management, and financial processes. You will be responsible for preparing and processing FUSE documentation, managing Pega CE input, maintaining CE trackers, handling POs, and working closely with OMD billers to ensure smooth billing and payment processes. Additionally, you will be involved in managing the accreditation of new vendors, processing payments, and reviewing expense reports. The role requires you to oversee multiple workflow processes and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

 

Overview of the role

  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of all FUSE
  • CE input on OMG Tracker
  • Includes generation of IUN of CEs in OMG Tracker
  • CE and PO recording to Pegasus
  • Accreditation of new vendors
  • Preparing of PRFs (Payment Request Forms) / payment to vendors/ Tracking of KOL Payments
  • Coordination with vendors on securing invoices/Ars
  • Coordination with internal teams on client billings
  • Coordination with vendors on payment updates
  • Reviewing of liquidations/expense reports
  • KOL contract and/or POs – input of KOL information and fee 

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management
  • At least 1-2 years experience on billing and admin-related work
  • Media Agency experience is an advantage but not required
  • Must be highly organized and quick to learn
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Team player and good communication skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
