Job Description

We are looking for a detail-driven Rent Manager & QuickBooks Specialist to support property management operations and financial reporting. If you’re strong in bookkeeping and love working with numbers, systems, and accuracy—this role is for you.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Manage tenant accounts, leases, rent payments, and late fees in Rent Manager
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Track rent collections and ensure correct payment posting
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable
  • Generate financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Rent Rolls)
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with property managers and tenants
  • Maintain accurate and consistent data across both systems

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Rent Manager
  • Must have strong QuickBooks experience
  • Background in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to reconcile accounts and spot discrepancies
  • Male applicants preferred
