- 增长策略制定与落地
- 负责核心业务指标（DAU、转化率、留存率、LTV/CAC等）的增长，拆解AARRR模型各环节，制定可执行的短期与中长期增长策略。
- 主导从获客、激活、留存到变现、推荐的全链路优化，识别关键增长机会点。
产品规划与定义
参与产品战略讨论，结合公司业务目标与市场调研，制定所负责模块的中长期产品路线图；
深入洞察用户需求与业务痛点，撰写高质量产品需求文档（PRD），明确产品功能、交互逻辑与验收标准。
- 产品功能与增长工具建设
- 负责增长相关产品功能的设计与迭代，包括但不限于：新用户引导流程、裂变拉新机制、会员/积分体系、Push/站内信触达策略等。
- 协同技术团队搭建和优化增长中台工具（如用户分群、自动化营销、埋点系统等）。
- 跨部门协同与资源整合
- 联动市场、运营、销售、数据、算法等团队，打通增长闭环，确保策略高效落地。
- 推动跨部门资源协调，解决增长项目推进过程中的关键问题。
