岗位职责：
负责美股期权风控平台产品设计，覆盖交易前、交易中、交易后及到期日风险管理。
负责保证金风控设计，包括初始保证金、维持保证金、风险度、购买力、追保等。
负责期权风险规则设计，包括卖方风险、末日期权风险、行权指派风险、组合策略风险等。
负责自动强平系统设计，包括强平触发条件、强平优先级、强平数量、强平订单及结果跟踪。
负责风控监控后台、风险预警、用户通知和运营处置流程设计。
任职要求：
3年以上金融风控、保证金交易、证券/期货/期权产品经验。
熟悉期权交易机制及风险特征，包括卖方风险、组合策略、到期风险、行权指派等。
熟悉保证金、风险度、追保、强平、交易权限、交易前校验等风控机制。
有券商、期货公司、交易系统厂商、衍生品风控系统经验优先。
具备较强的规则抽象能力、风险意识和跨部门沟通能力。
