- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor account performance and generate regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student seeking entry-level opportunity.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in negotiation, sales support, public speaking, relationship building, customer relationship management, and creative problem solving.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
