Java Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the R&D of the core trading back-end for financial products and derivatives, ensuring stable and efficient system operation

2. Independently complete high-quality service design and development based on business requirements

3. Optimize performance for high-concurrency, high-throughput trading environments, ensuring low latency, high stability, and high availability

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; over five years of back-end development experience; experience in blockchain, exchanges, or financial derivatives development is preferred

2. Solid Java fundamentals; deep understanding of JVM configuration, optimization, and tuning; familiar with I/O and multithreading concurrency frameworks; proficient in common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns; strong coding practices and extensive project experience

3. Proficient with mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud

4. Skilled in designing and developing distributed systems, with experience in building and optimizing high-concurrency, large-scale systems

5. Experienced in database design and optimization; in-depth understanding of transactions, locks, and indexing; SQL tuning expertise; knowledge of database sharding and master–slave replication strategies

6. Familiar with common middleware such as message queues, RPC, and caching

7. Knowledgeable in back-end security measures, capable of mitigating risks such as DDoS attacks and SQL injection

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience or tuning expertise with mainstream message queuing systems like RocketMQ or Kafka

- Familiarity with Kubernetes container orchestration, with practical experience in containerized application deployment and operations

- Source-level understanding of messaging middleware such as RocketMQ and Kafka

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in system security and offensive/defensive techniques

- Active contributor to open-source communities, technical blogger, or speaker
