Description
- Provide assistance to users with hardware and software issues.
- Oversee network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Install and configure software applications and updates.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Maintain records of system configurations, procedures, and user manuals.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
