Job Requirements

• Currently taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
• No experience required
• Must have own laptop/PC and stable internet connection
• Willing to work in a work-from-home setup
• Eager to gain practical HR experience
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Open to learning HR tools, systems, and basic process automation
• Familiarity with AI tools, spreadsheets, or productivity platforms is an advantage
• Can complete required internship hours set by the school
• School must be able to provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) if required for internship processing

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern to assist with day-to-day Human Resources operations in a work-from-home setup. The intern will support different HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, documentation, and other HR-related tasks.
