We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Telecommunication (Telco) account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the frontline in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences for one of the country’s leading telecom providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with service concerns, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

• At least a high school/ SHS graduate
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Experience in a BPO or Telco-related account is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating different systems
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Amenable to work on-site
