• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience across all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate, or at least 2 years in college (no back subjects), or College Graduate (Old Curriculum accepted)
• With or without BPO experience, training will be provided
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules and onsite
