Role:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers worldwide, process refunds, answer questions about airline services, resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, and maintain detailed, accurate records of all reservations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• SHS Graduate with 2 years college (4 semesters, no back subjects for old HS curriculum) OR College Graduate.
• 6 months BPO experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with night shifts and on-site work in Cebu City.
