岗位职责：
1. 负责网站/App内容运营，围绕日活、新增、留存、内容消费和转化结果制定运营动作。
2. 负责热点内容挖掘、选题策划、内容包装、推荐位调整和专题运营。
3. 关注公开平台热点信息，快速整理热门事件、人物关系、时间线和传播角度，产出具备讨论度的内容。
4. 根据数据表现分析内容板块问题，识别低效板块、潜力板块和可放大方向，并推动策略调整。
5. 独立策划并执行运营活动，跟进活动上线、用户参与、数据表现和复盘优化。
6. 使用 AI 工具和自动化工具提升内容生产、数据分析、评论/文案辅助、流程处理等运营效率。
7. 协同产品、技术、内容、资料等团队处理运营问题，推动页面、入口、跳转、加载、内容异常等问题闭环。
8. 使用 PR、PS 或同类工具完成基础图片、视频、封面、水印、素材处理工作。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，2年以上网站或 App 运营经验，有内容平台、社区平台、资讯站、流量型产品运营经验优先。
2. 具备独立运营和活动落地能力，能独立完成内容运营、活动策划、项目推进或用户增长相关工作。
3. 具备数据分析能力，能根据日活、新增、留存、点击、转化等数据发现问题并提出优化方案。
4. 必须具备 AI 工具使用经验，了解自动化工具或工作流搭建，有实际落地案例优先。
5. 对热点内容敏感，具备较强的信息整理、文案表达和内容包装能力。
6. 具备基础视觉审美能力，能优化标题、封面、图文结构和内容呈现效果。
7. 熟练使用 PR、PS 或同类图片/视频处理工具优先。
8. 有 OpenClaw、AI 自动化工作流、内容提效工具搭建经验优先。
