Position: Chat and Email Support

Work Schedule: Weekends Off (Start of shift is 5PM)

 Requirements:

• Open for Non-Bachelor’s Degree holder
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Experience working in BPO, IT, or Consulting Company
• Amenable to work on 5PM shift
• Amenable to work on-site for 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing consumer communications through email and chat
• Answer questions with efficiency, professionalism, and sensitivity
• Determine the demands of the client and provide prompt, efficient solutions
• Work together with internal teams and raise concerns as necessary
• Help with new team member onboarding and mentorship
• Keep up with the company's policies, services, and goods
• Suggest and upsell pertinent goods and services, if needed only
