Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative and play a vital role in helping patients and healthcare providers resolve their inquiries efficiently and compassionately. You’ll handle calls, emails, or chats related to medical benefits, insurance coverage, claims, and other healthcare-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members and providers with healthcare inquiries and claim updates
• Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and billing details
• Provide accurate information while maintaining excellent customer service
• Document interactions and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Meet performance goals for accuracy, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications:

• College graduate — no experience required
• OR completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months CSR experience
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne, QC
• Amenable to shifting schedules
