岗位职责：
1. 市场拓展：负责所在地区（CIS/欧洲/越南）的业务拓展，挖掘潜在合作伙伴和社区资源；
2. 社区维护：与当地Web3社区建立联系，协助推动品牌知名度及用户增长；
3. 合作支持：协助对接项目方、合作伙伴及媒体资源，确保合作项目顺利推进；
4.行业调研：跟踪所在地区Web3行业发展动态，整理分析市场信息，提出策略建议；
5. 跨团队协作：与团队其他成员保持紧密沟通，完成上级交付的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1.教育背景：国内院校，大四或毕业2年内候选人；
2. 兴趣方向：对Web3、区块链等领域有浓厚兴趣，有相关知识储备或实践经验者优先；
3. 沟通能力：优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力，善于与人交流，具有较强的跨文化沟通能力；
4.学习能力：自驱力强，能够快速适应新领域并提出可行的解决方案；
5.工作安排：具备较强的时间管理能力，能在远程办公模式下高效完成任务。
