Monthly trading volume of at least USD 50 million

Position Highlights:

  • Compensation aligned with leading global platforms, including base salary plus substantial performance-based commissions, uncapped.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain institutional client relationships within the designated region (United States/Spanish-speaking regions/Latin America).
  2. Provide clients with professional asset custody, liquidity solutions, and customized services.
  3. Ensure the introduction of at least USD 50 million in new monthly trading volume, with continuous growth.
  4. Represent the company at industry conferences to enhance brand awareness and influence within the region.

Requirements:

  1. Mandatory: Experience in business development or institutional sales at a top-30 global cryptocurrency exchange (CEX).
  2. Local Requirements:
  • US BD: Familiarity with the U.S. regulatory framework and a network of local institutional resources.
  • Spain BD: Native-level Spanish and deep expertise in the local market.
  • Latin America BD: Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, with client networks in major Latin American countries (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Argentina).

Client Resources:

  1. Proven track record of generating substantial trading volumes; ability to independently acquire and manage high-end clients.
  2. Strong interest in and solid understanding of innovative products such as DeFi and derivatives.
