岗位职责
1、独立客户开发：能够独立开展客户开发、商务洽谈及合作推进工作，持续提升新增客户数量与合作转化率
2、重点合作推进：能够独立跟进重点客户、续费客户及复杂合作事项，处理合作中的常见问题，保障合作顺利落地与持续推进
3、业务结果达成：对个人业绩目标、新增合作、续费推进及回款结果负责，结合业务情况及时调整跟进节奏并完成目标任务
4、数据与经验沉淀：负责整理个人客户台账、业务数据及跟进经验，沉淀有效话术、方法和合作案例，提升个人业务复用效率
5.特殊业务需求：熟悉男性向/同志向内容生态及私域社群场景，了解相关用户沟通方式、社群规则和客户需求；具备同性内容、成人传媒、私域流量、社群商务或相关广告推广资源经验优先。（第5条要求，岗位缺口一人）
必备：执行力、学习能力、目标意识与独立推进能力、抗压能力、客户开发、关系维护、复杂问题处理能力
