• Customize funnels, set up automation sequences, and configure integrations to meet various business requirements.
• Provide training and support to clients, empowering them to utilize the platform effectively.
• Monitor platform performance and generate reports on key metrics to inform business decisions.
• Stay updated with Zoho updates and new features to continuously improve our service offering.
• Proven experience as a Zoho specialist, with in-depth knowledge of the platform's capabilities.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation principles.
• Ability to create and optimize sales funnels and lead nurturing processes.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of setting up and managing SaaS products.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct training sessions and create clear, user-friendly documentation.
